Our return policy guarantees your satisfaction. If you are unhappy
with your purchase and we can fix the problem, please let us know
what we need to do. Contact us by email at ,
or by leaving a message on our toll-free number 1-877-280-2158, to
discuss any disappointments you feel we should fix.
We believe you are the only one who can make a decision about whether
or not you are satisfied with your purchase. We won't try to lock you
into making that decision in a certain period of time. If the time
has passed that is allowed by our payment processor for refunds (as
there are on electronically delivered products, for instance)
we will refund the monies ourselves, directly to the credit card or
bank account of the original payment, upon receipt of your proof of purchase.
Membership Fees:
If you have joined Profits Publishing as a member, under any of the
membership plans...if we can't make right whatever we might have done
wrong and you wish to end our relationship, your membership fee
will be promptly returned to you less the actual cost incurred in the
printing of any of your books and any royalty or partner payments
Profits Publishing has made to you during your membership.
In the event you agreed to a FOUR year commitment, and wish to
terminate your relationship with us prior to that, the amount to be
refunded will be the amount you paid, less the actual cost incurred
in the printing of any of your books and any royalty or partner
payments Profits Publishing has made to you during your membership.
The difference between the single year membership fee you would have
paid and the amount you actually paid under the four year plan will
also be deducted.
Merchandise Purchases:
If you purchase any of our products that are not electronically
delivered but are shipped to you, the following applies: If you are
not satisfied with your purchase, please see the Satisfaction
Certificate that was enclosed with your order for directions about
correcting the problem or getting a refund. Returns will be accepted
only if sent using the Return Label enclosed with your order, or
returned according to the directions on the Satisfaction Certificate,
also enclosed with your order. Any credit for returned merchandise,
will only be refunded at the request of the recipient or the original
purchaser, and only to the credit card or bank account of the
original payment.
Refunds, including a reimbursement for STANDARD shipping costs you
paid to receive the merchandise in the first place, will be credited
to you within 24 hours of our receipt of the merchandise. We are
sorry that we cannot reimburse for return shipping, special shipping
costs, insurance or return receipts.
